Not sure what happened but I was the one who arranged on the phone for them to come around for a quote again the person who greeted them at the door. I am the home owner. As soon as they were introduced to my farther who was helping with renovations they completely ignored me. No eye contact until my dad had to uncomfortably look away. Only reason I can think of is that I am a young female?? Hugely disappointing. And to top it off its been a week and I have not heard anything back about my quote. I can safely say I am not going to be chasing them and I'd suggest you don't bother.
Matt and Declan did an amazing job on our floors. They were super flexible and worked with our ever changing schedule. The floors in our 1930s house were in a bit of a state, but they look absolutely fantastic now thanks to these guys. I couldn't recommend them more.
Matt and team did a superb job. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Punctual, reliable, clean, tidy and quick, as well as competitively priced. Above all, Bristol Wood Floor Sanding breathed new life into our tired old wood floors, which have retained their character, but now look fantastic.
Matt & Declan Refurbished our Parquet floor to a very high standard they were very friendly and helpful carrying all the furniture from our lounge to the garage while they carried out the work and brought it all back into the house when they had finished the job. Found them to be completely honest and very trustworthy very clean work men who cleared up after themselves.We would highly recommend them to any one having this type of work done. Dave & Mary
Had Matt and co in to do a front room and hall way 6 months back, was happy with the work and price. However since then it's been broken promises time and time again - our friends have confirmed the same thing - dates being confirmed and then missed!! Very frustrating and a little puzzling given the good quality work we've already experienced.........
