Recently purchased a car and thought the overall service was very good. The price was excellent and the aftersales service was also to a good standard. Only negative was the lack of a parcel shelf for the boot but otherwise I'm pleased with how the whole process went. I would be happy to buy from these guys again in the future.
Called today to enquire about a Seat they had for sale. The receptionist over the phone was very friendly, however, the gentleman from the Sales team was rather annoyed taking the call and sounded aggressive. I asked him a few questions that about the car as I couldn't find the information on their website. Finally I asked the gentleman if the Car had any scratches etc that could not be seen on pictures. He informed that that he would look and call me back within 20 Minutes. The way he talked was very rushed, rude and intimidating. As you can guess, I have not heard back from him.
Shocking awful customer service. Did not seem too bothered on making a sale. Tip toed around when last service was done. When pointed out it was more than a year ago, he said he might be able to get it serviced. No extra tyre sold with car or Jack and claimed this is normal. Discussed to reduce price as tyres were low on threading and timing belt would have to be done within a year but to no avail. Car was priced at 7 and a half thousand so I expected more than what was offered.
Went in to look at some cars, needed a car quickly. Arrived at 10.30am and had a look at a couple, test drove one and brought it and drove it away by 1pm Very quick, very helpful, informative and didn’t just try to sell me things I didn’t need or want No problems at all and would buy here again and recommend to anyone looking to buy a car
Recently bought an Audi Q3 from this showroom, it wasn't complicated at all and they helped me choose the right vehicle to suit my criteria. Really appreciate the hard work they put into guide my purchase and fully recommend to anyone looking to purchase a car!

I brought a Ford focus last December I have owned it now for 10 and a half months, I have only covers around 3000miles in it,within the first couple months I had to book it in with car wise Harlow due to distance as it felt like the clutch was slipping, they checked it out and said it was fine, after a few months I was driving and the car lost all drive, was taken to a mechanic closer to me and was told the clip that holds the drive shaft to the hub has failed but wasn't able to source the clip and as the car was just out of the 6month warrenty I had to fork out for a drivers side drive shaft, after that I got the mot done and was told all the tyres had to be changed and also the front discs were badly scored on the inside which would fail the mot, after the mot all was OK for a few weeks until my back wiper motor stopped working I have no rear wiper blade now, but too top it all off my clutch failed last week and I have had to book it in to be done costing me 550, I would not expect this amount of work needing to a 64plate car that has been owned for 10 and a half months and with the milage that I have covered in it, I have decided I need to put the car up for sale as I just don't feel safe driving it and for reliability, I will be contacting the office of fair trading to seek advice in help of recovering some of my costs.
