I saw these guys nearby recently and thought i'd give them a try, very responsive & helpful on email but unfortunately that's all the good I have to say. I was booked in with around a week in advance, had received no emails confirming anything for the week leading up to the appointment or any sort of time it would be on the day so I emailed on the day it was booked for, was advised it would be at some point in the afternoon and then no-one showed up at all... Very disappointed and far from professional, which is apparently their goal!
