I wouldn’t recommended based on my experience this week unfortunately. I was promised a delivery on Thursday this week and a call ahead before attending. I stayed in all day and no one turned up. I rang at 4pm on Thursday to see what was happening and was told it would be Friday instead. I stayed in all Friday and no one turned up or called again. I rang up again towards the end of the day to chase up on the Friday to find out what was happening. I was told it would be out for delivery for Saturday. After advising the call agent I’d wasted two days now he assured me there’s no way it wouldn’t be delivered Saturday…..but yet again no one turned up. I rang up Saturday morning to check if it’s out for delivery and the chap on the phone couldn’t even find my order on the system. Every time I call up I get put on hold before I get told I’m getting put on hold which seems a bit off to me. They aren’t overly rude on the phone but at the same time it doesn’t seem like they are that attentive in regards to good communication/customer service. I’m hoping I get my delivery at some point but it might be easier to collect myself? The delivery I’m waiting for is gym flooring and I was planning to lay it this weekend. I hope this feedback can improve my service moving forward and for other customers in the future.
Needed a pallet of tiles picking up from an auction site. All sorted for next day !! Forklift help given when loading into our vans at this end. Great price. Will certainly use again.

We regularly have palets delivered by Cartwrights. All ways a great job and drop the pallets exactly where needed every time
KW16 KPY,the driver was abusive when asked to back up 15' to allow traffic past when he blocked the st off..it was only when the man from the pick upbeen there 3hrs before the truck confronted him that he decided to move.. I have photograghs to prove..
was supposed to have received my goods under next day delivery. 72 hours later after chasing them multiple times, I finally got my goods. No apology. No attempt to contact me to explain. 3 pallets of goods and one of them was on its side. luckily no damage. depot of year 2008/2009 according to website. what happened after that? fortunately I will not need to use them again.
Absolutely atrocious company. Basic communications are a struggle with these guys. Their drivers cause reckless damage to property, whilst delivering damaged goods not fit for purpose. The company has no integrity whatsoever, completely dishonest and untrustworthy.

If you are delivering to #walkers , # cartwrightbros you will be only person who is bothered about delivery. Haven't seen such a careless office .
Refused to deliver 1.5 ton load to the back entrance of a commercial property because apparently there is no way the lorry would make it to the back entrance. I’d like to see them tell that to the countless HGVs that deliver to both our business and the one next door week in week out. Absolutely useless.
