Premium priced food for sub-standard quality. Burgers are dry and tasteless, chips taste stale and overcooked. Coffee is served as half a takeaway cup, consisting mostly of foam and tastes like ash. Cookies are rock hard. Staff are lacking in any enthusiasm and seem inexperienced with children. We have experienced multiple power cuts whereby the children had to repeatedly vacate the play area with no time or money reimbursed. They have recently put a ban on children taking packed lunches and insist that only food bought from their cafe can be eaten on the premises. Manager appears unapproachable with unfriendly demeanour; she demanded that our autistic son wear a wristband, when we explained about his condition and that he wouldn’t wear it but that we would present it if needed, she refused and still insisted he wear it.nnWill NOT be visiting again, unpleasant and not child friendly… would prefer to pay a little extra for a more family friendly experience.

Booked a private hire party here. Amazing communication throughout. Diane was so understanding and helpful. The party host was great and did anything he could to help and give information on how things worked. Would definitely recommend and want to say thank you for an amazing party for my daughter.

Extremely good value for kids , well looked after & very clean, lovely staff , worth a visit , Shame it's not Open longer for the Older Kids , but  is Open for 11 years old & younger Please review Opening times

Love this place, great day out if a little expensive. But we bought pizza for £8 which I thought was reasonable price
