March 1 2018 wasnt the best date for a move with Storm Emma on the way. Carters only due to pack on Feb 28 but weather warnings prompted them to get as much as possible onto a van and back to their HQ that day. So on the day of the actual move there was less stuff to get out of the old address. Conditions were terrible - 3 very steep staircases to negotiate at one end and biting winds throughout. Carters worked hard, efficiently and cheerfully. We got in a couple of hours ahead of the snow. Can't recommend this firm too highly - excellent service!

When moving offices, it became clear at short notice that we’d need assistance to move and store furniture whilst the lease on new premises was finalised. After talking to Nick from Carter’s Removals, within a matter of minutes he’d put the necessary arrangements in place to make sure that everything was taken care of smoothly and without further stress on our part. His team were friendly, considerate and helpful, going out of their way to accommodate our needs in good humour. I’d have no hesitation in recommending Carters Removals to anyone looking for high quality removals and excellent service.

Carters are amazingly reasonably priced and the 3 boys on the van were very helpful and polite, they made the day much less stressful than I was expecting. I would highly recommend them to anyone moving house. Jill Bowen
