I strongly would advise you to go elsewhere. This company has a criminal record of fraud and a suspended sentence given in 2016!  People should be given a second chance. I knew the history. I was asked for an upfront deposit of half the total cost of the job to be made immediately via bank transfer, in order for me to be "booked in". Although I eventually received my deposit back, the work was always promised but never done or even started (thank god!) 
Don't bother with Carters,  go to a reputable firm, do your homework, pay the extra. I'm saddened to have to give such a damning review.
