will someone bother updating the google mybusiness listing to reflect that the address changed? I've already complained about it to your staff but clearly, this is being ignored causing a lot of inconvenience to your patients
Been trying for 2 weeks to get an appointment on line at 0800 with no success, rang up yesterday at 0804 and after 40 minutes spoke to a polite lady and advised to try again tomorrow. Rang 111 in the end.
I’m absolutely disappointed with this practice and I would not recommend it to anyone as if you want to see your GP you will be waiting for ever , there is a telephone booking system which start from 8am so you can make an appointment to be seen by dr but I rang 8:02 am and they said sorry there is no appointment left for a day please ring back another time or die if you like ,what shambolic practice.
