Just picked up our new car today and all the staff here have been very helpful throughout the whole process. Nyall was really helpful, sending photos over of the car when I initially enquired about it. Dealt with Gareth who was very informative and helpful. We were given time to look over the car on our own , no pushy sales techniques like you get at a lot of other dealerships. He kept us informed by calling regularly with updates until the day of collection. A lovely lady then helped us take out the alloy wheel cover and was very informative. All in all, I was very impressed with how quick and easy the whole process was. Would definitely recommend going here first when on the lookout for your next car.
had a fantastic experience at CarSupermarket in Hessle. John and Adam were brilliant throughout the whole process and made buying the car incredibly easy and stress-free. They were friendly, professional, and always happy to help with any questions. I also want to give a special mention to the car valeters—the car looked absolutely brand new, and they did an excellent job. Overall, outstanding service from start to finish. Highly recommend!
We purchased a BMW X1 from Adam last weekend. He was super helpful and kind from beginning to end and called us to follow up after purchase. It was our first time buying a car from an actual garage and he made us truly feel at ease and it will be the only way we purchase moving forward albeit hopefully not for a long time. Would highly recommend Adam and Car Supermarket
Bought a car from Gareth today. Very helpful and not pushy at all. Made me feel as ease and the whole transaction was a breeze. Even bought a more expensive car than I originally wanted to spend since he was so helpful. Would definitely buy from here again. Thanks.
If I could give 0 stars I would. The misuse of financial data is serious, a breach of GDPR regulations and it would be beneficial that the branch manager had the confidence to contact me directly to handle my complaint and give me an update on what is being done to rectify such a serious matter.nnI don’t even know where to begin regarding my horrific experience with this company. I began purchasing my vehicle on the 31st January and I will say the salesman I had, Jon, was fantastic and very knowledgeable, that’s where the positivity ended. I paid a deposit on my chosen car and requested it be brought to Hull, completed my finance documents and the finance company paid, I then was told that the vehicle I had purchased was out on hire and being driven by a different customer whilst their car was being repaired, with no timeframe on when I would be collecting, essentially somebody was driving a car that was legally mine.nnOver a week later after they received the payment for the car, I collected my vehicle, the only saving grace is that my car is perfect, but other than that my experience has caused nothing but anxiety and stress, something it’s clear the branch manager, Al Wiseman, has no interest in. I completed documentation and car tax paperwork in branch with a sales representative and handed over my bank account details, in what I thought, was a secure environment. A week after collection I received a phone call to say both my vehicle and somebody else’s vehicle had been registered to my address but they had picked up on the error and were rectifying the problem and that I would receive a second V5 document and to dispose of it, which I did.nnFast forward two weeks, it has come to my attention via my online banking that not only has my address been used for somebody else’s vehicle, but also my bank account details that I entrusted with this company, and I have also been paying somebody else’s car tax. After recognising this I emailed a complaint and have tried several times to contact the branch manager for an update on how this happened and how it is being dealt with; but apparently he is too busy to come on the phone to me or alternatively I have arrived at the conclusion that he simply doesn’t care. This has been a clear breach of trust and my financial data has been used to complete other transactions without my authorisation. I have requested a conversation several times over the last few days with the branch manager to which I am met with silence or handed over to team leaders, who do not have the authority to explain why and how this happened, and also where I have to explain the full situation again. Do not use this company for the purchase of your car, your bank details aren’t safe and may be reused.
