BUYERS BEWARE ! AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!My partner has spent many £1000s with this company over the years , but you only know how good a company is when they are faced with a complaint ! And how they deal with it . We bought a mattress from them not long ago , it was an expensive mattress and in a short time it developed a fault , you felt like you were falling out of bed as the springs on one side had become faulty , Carson’s have evaded putting this right and there only answe was to offer a 50% off a new mattress which I think this is unacceptable they should of just replaced the faulty mattress ! BUYERS BEWARE ! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS, WE ARE HAVING TO TAKING THIS COMPANY TO COURT TO GET OUR MONEY BACK P S we have been into Carson’s of Dunnene on several occasions, I even have a video of my husband playing one of your grand pianos back in 2013 companies like this can not be trusted , plenty of good furniture shops in Northern Ireland so do yourself a favour and go elsewhere
