Lovely greeting on arrival, friendly and helpful staff that didn't suffocate us while we browsed.nnA small negative is that none of the cars are open, which is an inconvenience and surprising, especially since it's all indoors, so there is very little chance of a drive away, etc. There were also a lot less cars than I was expecting for a 'Car Supermarket'.nnThings were going pretty well until we were approached about whether we were interested in the car we were viewing, and we said the car was amazing, but unfortunately, we had done our research and the particular car was around 3k over average price, so we told the assistant that was the only reason we were walking away.nnIt was at that point that the sales advisors attitude changed, and he became slightly abrupt and short about our source Parkers by replying 'they sell books, we sell cars' .nnParkers don't only sell price guide books! they give detailed information on cars, price ranges, and a list of all the similar cars for sale in the area right now.nnParkers are a trusted site, and they had many cars of the same spec at a significantly lower price.nShame that our experience ended like that.
Great experience!nnWhen we found a car we liked, Paige was a wonderful help to us. She especially put us at ease during our nervous test drive!nnOnce we decided to buy the car, Jamie made buying it as quick and easy as possible - all whilst being friendly and supportive.nnOverall, I highly recommend considering buying a car from here!
Steve was excellent, explained everything thoroughly and let us take our time to explore the different cars. He showed us various cars and took the time to explain everything to make sure we were making the right decision. Thank you very much. Very professional and friendly without being pushy.
Just purchased a Toyota aygo,Sam was my sales representative, and tick all the boxes I asked, brilliant service, would recommend carshop Doncaster,
Worst experience from start to finish and I now have a 3 year old car that makes noises I never heard my 11 year old car ever make. The purchase was dragged out for 2 and a half hours as the staff would disappear for long periods every time we asked a question. We booked a date and time to collect the car but no one was ready and waiting with the paperwork. Every ounce of excitement or joy was sapped out of us by the staff. The car has since been back into the garage twice for repairs to address noises I highlighted on the test drive but were never sorted before collection…and to top it off they don’t use genuine parts so the problem persists. Every time I pull up at home and park on the drive I am mortified by the sounds my car makes. The car shop says it’s a ‘feature’ which I find ridiculous as it’s hideous. It may not be their policy to fit genuine parts as standard but in some instances maybe it would be worth considering. If the second time the job had been done properly, I wouldn’t be inclined to leave negative feedback. Wish I hadn’t bought the car and will next time purchase from a dealership to receive quality service. I hate leaving negative feedback and waited to see if the problem could be resolved first but it appears the car shop have 'done their best' in their eyes.
