Absolutely terrible, took a brand new Armani watch to take a couple of links out, they broke 2 links and did not put the pins back. They gave it back to me without a word and did not see the mess until got home. I went back and a very rude woman told me that was normal and they did a proper job. Took it to a different place they told me they had moved ALL pins trying to find the easiest one to take out and the pins where bent, cost me 20 pound to fix it. Neither to say they did not pay for the broken parts.

disgusting, took in brand new watch to have links taken out and received it back with large scratch marks. Would not accept they caused them and Said I was fussy and didn't even try and remove marks or at the least offer a refund.
