Recently bought my Skoda from Carriage Co. The car had a few problems - all of which were dealt with in an exemplary manner by the dealer. It is rare these days to find a business which operates on a platform of being straightforward, honest and courteous. Carriage Co are a formidable example of customer service at its absolute best. I cannot recommend them highly enough; will return to buy from them, and will encourage others to do the same.
Can't fault derry at carriage co...car was sorted and put through Mot before purchase. Customer service was excellent, even to the point of delivering the car to me. Would highly recommend. Thanks again
**AVOID AT ALL COSTS !! ** Nice enough before the money was handed over but couldn't care less afterwards and became rude, obnoxious and aggressive ! The 2 cars we bought were DREADFUL both riddled with major EXPENSIVE problems and met with resistance when we said we wanted a refund. So bad we complained to trading standards. Please don't be fooled by the pleasantries, the attitude soon changes when you have parted with your money !
AVOID THIS GARAGE!! Was looking to purchase a vehicle from this garage, I wanted the car checked thoroughly at my cost and for my own piece of mind due to the new MOT regs and they declined and were very rude. If you don’t want to waste your time and your money, don’t bother with this garage!
Bought a car 8months ago, sold an absolute dud. Taken to our reliable mechanic for a fuel leak, told to get rid quick. It’s as rotten as pear.
Rang up about a 4 x 4 seen on ebay, arranged to view next day and bought it.Friendly and helpful, new MOT put on and even rang up next day to check we were ok as had a couple of hours drive. Will go there again great service.
***AVOID*** They were nice enough when I turned up to look at the car, however when I started to look under the bonnet they began to get upset! When I said I wanted to go away and think about it they became very aggressive and shouted at me for wasting his time!! I did not buy the car!! ***AVOID AT ALL COSTS***
Bought 2 cars from them, both been perfect, no issues and fair value, would reccommend
AVOID AVOID AVOID ... Avoid this garage at all costs. Car had numerous issues but the garage failed to fix any of them even though they were covered by the warranty. Wish I could give zero stars!!!
