By far the best carphone store around. It's not my local branch but I will never go anywhere else. All the staff were amazing. So friendly and helpful and the manager, I think her name was Lucy, deserves a massive pay rise for all of her help. She went way above the call of duty helping us and staying late and got the most amazing deals for me and my son. She even fed us cookies while we were waiting! We will be back in 2 months to change our broadband with you! Then again at the end of the year when my partner's upgrade is due. Thank you x
Thank you to Lucie - Waterlooville Store Manager, Louise - Trainee and Jake for first class customer service and expertise. Jake and Louise were extremely helpful with setting up my new phone and transferring everything over. All staff at the store were welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Will be recommending to friends and family.
Love the Waterlooville store. Always have fantastic service there since popping in with an emergency at Christmas last year. I try to get served by manager Lucie as she is always so friendly and cheerful, always taking the time to explain everything to me. She wasn't in today but I was served by a lovely, friendly guy who I think was called Genis/Gennis. He took the time to help me but was super efficient. His colleague Natalie recognised the Hidden Disability Sunflower Lanyard my sister was wearing and came over to check if my sister needed anything extra to make her more comfortable. Natalie got my sister a chair and made sure she was happy without being too prying. This was excellent as the lanyards are quite new and not everyone knows about them. People are always so quick to leave bad , probably exaggerated reviews that when I receive excellent service in a shop I always make sure the company knows. Thanks Waterlooville team, happy to use your service again.
Really pleased with my new phone and the service from the young lady was excellent. She spent ages setting it all up and showing me how it worked. Absolutely brilliant customer service. Would have given five stars but for the shabby looking shop which is in desperate need of a spruce up and the headache inducing banging from next door.
First class service - the team were very knowledgeable about their products and they took the time to make sure my new phone was set up and running. They even got my Apple Watch working. This is the best service I’ve had in a long time - I’d highly recommend this branch. Well done guys!
The guy was not very helpful when selling phone. I ended up buy a Hawaie II6 and realised afterward I could have got a Samsung j3 for same price. Also I asked him what better contact or to buy phone and get sim. He told me contract. £15.99 for 2GB if I bought sim and phone I realised I for 12.50 I could have had same but with 4GB. Also I ended up cancelling after I found out my wife had issues with ID mobile last year when she tried to cancel contract due t incompatible sim. She found next day to cancel and ended up £20 pound taken out of her account over next 2 months and she had to cancel direct debit. Taken us over a year to get money back. I had same issues with ID mobile customer services are rubbish if you have any issues. They foreign and don't really care what service they give you. I have not received my case. They held back £15 because they sent me out a pack. Carephone warehouse have still got my money 2 weeks later and I have not got pack through post. ringing waterlooville branch you can never get through. Poor service.
I come to the Waterlooville branch a couple of months ago to get some advice about what network to set my tablet up with. I was served by Jake, very polite and professional. Really helped me out, thank you guys.
The two staff members working on the afternoon of Monday 17th December were useless. They were both serving the same customer and completely ignored me whilst I stood waiting to speak to someone. It was completely unnecessary for them both to be serving the same person. After waiting 10 minutes and having not even been acknowledged in that time i left and walked in the O2 store on the high street and bought my phone from there instead.
Received a wonderful service from Natalie and Jake today . They really helped with the upgrade on my phone. Kind, professional and friendly.
Fantastic !! Would highly recommend this branch. Staff are both helpful and knowledgeable about the products they have on offer. Keep up the good work guys!
