I dread going into this store. There is never enough staff for customers, especially for GEEK squad. I've waited hours before to give my phone in to claim on insurance. The entire process takes far too long. There are never any courtesy phones available. Customer communication once they had my most recent handset was non existent. Staff aren't knowledgeable. I've had a reconditioned phone passed off as a brand new phone when I was starting a new contract, in a beaten up box, without headphones. Staff unhappy to help when I complainwd about this. X I s. I have so many complaints that I can't wait to be out of this contract so I can go elsewhere.
Very pleasant experience from Darren yesterday in store. Great customer service with extensive knowledge about products and best value deals. Quick service with a smile the entire time and amazing banter go to Darren he’s very understandable.
I was set up with my new phone at carphone warehouse Staines yesterday. I was lucky enough to get Jason to help me. he got everything ready to go on my new phone as Im rubbish with phones. What an excellent store. Patient and friendly staff who are genuinely interested in your needs and the best packages for you. Have walked out with a new phone and considering now to move other business here e.g. broadband
I have tried to make an appointment on a number of occasions,by phone and I have just held on till being cut off after waiting for some time at least 5 minutes a few times,on other times just got fed up and tired of holding phone to hear music and no indication of how long it was likely to be before somebody would be available. This old git just wants to get used to being able to use my lumia 535.And get face tface help & practice. I must say in fairness to Carphone Wharehouse the Weybridge branch cioudl not be more helpful,but I do not want to take up too much of their time.
Always go to staines for upgrades . The lady Lucie served me quick and all the team are very friendly and gave me the best deals cheaper than network direct.
