I thought I had found the perfect shop willing to help . All I have had is stress and down right unhelpfulness in the whole situation £3250 is obviously not a good enough transaction . I may not be spending thousands and thousands with you but a little flexibility and not asking for impossible things like keys from a new build that has not had contracts exchanged and if I had not already explained that to you and also the site manager also explained to your carpet measurements guy on the day he measured my house I could quite understand being asked today . 14 days before I move u call me and tell me that I am asking to much and your fitter was more interested about getting the keys for the morning. . And that it would be hard to do half the job which is what I had asked for and had been told that it was ok . I would be moving some of my items in on the day but before I could explain I would keep House empty before the carpets where Laid the phone went dead . I drive a heavy goods vehicle did not need this stress added to a stressful day already. Well glad to say I won’t be using an non flexible down right rude company . All along it has felt like I was not in control and felt like you where patronising me all the time. I have had a house for twenty years I understand what you need to lay carpets and also flooring I am not stupid although that is how you have treated me from day one . My family can’t believe what you have done today . And they will no longer use u and they have for many years along with others .. stressed and upset to say the least is not what I needed this late on in the process .!!! This could have been dealt with weeks ago when I booked you !!!!
