Was nice not being jumped on when you first walk in the store but it seemed the real reason was no one wanted to serve us as no one made themselves available when trying to place an order. So did it on the phone instead

Useless in all areas fitter was unaware of company rules, fitting costs were changed 3 times ranging from £200 to £500, Manager was useless told me the fitter does not seal the vinyl ? gave me a quote without glue then with spray glue then tells me that the guarantee would need industrial glue?? wasted two weeks getting the fitter to measure for all this absolutely clueless spoke to customer services to complain and still waiting for the CS representative to call after calling two times to chase and leaving message, ended up going to SCS better service was able to do finance and get a measuring done in less than two days, and alter the finance without having to revisit the shop to re do the finance, oh and SCS vinyl was much better quality vinyl anyways, you live and learn never again am i going to visit a carpetright, at least SCS showed care and wanted the business, I can see them being the next woolworths or BHS with the way they are run, they need to move with the times, still stuck in the 80's

They do have some good offers sometimes. But the prices are quite high at times. Free parking nearby.

No answer after days of ringing rung customer service just told to email no help and our vinyl has bubbled already and is lifting up
