Doing a review while I'm in store. Been here for 35 minutes. Not a single person has approached to help. They only have 2 people working. So if you walk in and see customers with individual staffs, be ready for a loong wait before someone even approaches you. Absolutely poor management and customer service. About to walk out of the store. What a shame for Carpet Right. It should be names "Carpet Wrong". Rediculous. Never ever coming back to this company. Lost me as a customer!

Really poor customer. Management team have no idea of customer service! Over sold carpet (enough for staircase and small room) even though there fitter came to take measurements than offered £10 compensation
