I visited the store the other day and though I didn’t buy anything yet I am just getting ideas I will go back. I spoke with Neli who was so patient and knowledgeable. I like the  atmosphere in the store and the personable approach.

Carpetright - Newport Isle of Wight  Excellent all-round service. Neli was particularly knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process. The fitters too, did an excellent job and were prompt and polite.  We would certainly recommend using this store on the Island.

Had all of our upstairs recarpeted over the course of a year. Dealt with Joe who made the whole process easy and he even had all the relevant measurements at hand a year after the first lot of carpets which made life much easier! Had to re schedule fitting at one stage and again, no trouble whatsoever. Cheers Joe!

I would highly recommend Carpetright Newport Isle of Wight particularly Neli who has looked after us really well. From walking in and getting very helpful advice about the quality of carpets and underlay, to measuring and fitting it has been an excellent service.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff who are all too happy to help with any queries.  Excellent range of products and superb service.  Have used the store on several occasions and always come away happy with my purchase and the service I received.

Lots of choice and very clean compared to other shops we visited. Staff all very friendly. Joe helped us to choose our carpet and Mark came to our house to quote. Very efficient service. Looking forward to our fitting appointment next week.

Their initial survey used equipment that they didn't seem qualified to use and couldn't tell me what the reading meant. Customer service is awful- no one got in touch or replied to questions.

I always use carpet right have had Gareth look after me in the past when I purchased my Gala carpet and today mark done the honours as I purchased flooring for my hallway and will be purchasing a crimson red thick carpet for my garden room before Christmas and this is because of the choice the prices the service and the great fitting.carpetright have never let me down and always transform my home, thanks guys.

Really helpful Staff. Let us browse before asking if we need any assistance . Listened to our requirements and advised on  the correct underlay. Really impressed.
