Bought a number of carpets from them over the years, never had any problems. Most recent was the living room carpet. Used their fitting service, Carpet fitters arrived on time , carpet laid without any complaints. No mess left as they hoovered the whole room.

Got got vinyl delivered paid for it to be fitted and the guys haven’t glued it down waste of time phone the shop and says next week for it to be looked at my vinyl will be ruined by then as it’s started to bubble because of movement not happy!!

lazy staffs and unfriendly manager! they work with delays and want large amount of money in advance!

18:30 and still waiting for fitters to arrive. Been given every excuse in the book by Claire in the shop. Absolute joke. Plenty of other carpet shops in the Edinburgh area. Keep well away from these cowboys. Promised a call from shop manger which hasn't happened. Overall a crap service.
