Carpetright Cardiff

Terrible. I bought vinyl over flooring. First day I was in work. I came home to find my front door left wide open. Second day I was very ill in bed. I thought I had to pay carpet right and not the men doing the job. They made me get into their van to my local halifax to give them the money. My door won't close in my main room due to their poor work.

Len was absolutely wonderful, he helped us pick out the perfect carpet for our nursery. I would highly recommend Carpet Right and in particular Len. He was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. Couldn’t be better!

I have got the kids carpets from here. Good choice of laminate and carpet for all of your flooring needs. But one tip is, don't get your underlay from here. Go on online and buy it from elsewhere. Far cheaper for the same quality.

I went in to this store last Sept and left as the guy who served me was not interested in selling me a carpet, He priced it and walked off, I asked about underlay and he was not bothered if i bought it there or not. In the end i went to another store in Colchester Ave where the service was better. Now today I went to carpet right to buy some Lino for the bathroom, I had to walk around to find the sale person, then this woman siting in a chair who i thoight was a customer asked said hello, she priced the flooring and walked off to join a group of staff for a chat. I walked over and said can i buy it , and she came over and made no effort to sell adhesive or door strip. She didnt even chat to ensure it was the right choice for us. Too me she reminded me off a barmaid. The service was dreadful, no wonder the shop is always empty.
