Robert at Carpetright Bishopbriggs helped me choose carpet today. He was extremely helpful. He took carpets off display and placed them on floor with underlay to help me choose. He was really quick with placing order on system and taking payment so I was in and out of store in 20 minutes. I've used Carpetright Bishopbriggs several times in last few years and always found them to be competitive on price too.

Carpet fitter left my house like a bomb site, no attempt to tidy up all the cuttings also left the shards if sharp steel door treads liying in every location. I called store to complain they were unconcerned. Won't go black again.

Always had good service in Bishopbriggs
Absolute shambles of a company. Delays, delays delays. Spend their time surprised that customers are annoyed rather than looking for solutions. Considering customer is spending serious money they really need to look at their customer service and communication. The carpet still not laid, yet another delay - I imagine they cant make a mess of laying too. Surely?
Great fast service. Return visit as we’ve used Carpetright before with no concerns. Surveyor Andrew was very helpful.
