These guys were excellent from the minute we walked into the door to the day they fitted the flooring and carpet, we chose laminate and carpet for 2 rooms and they fitted them on the same day, they were really helpful and not pushy at all. Kept in touch in every part of the process, will definitely be using them again later in the year, csn highly recommended them!
Excellent service from booking an appointment to discus flooring options, through to installation and settling up. Really helpful and courteous service from all involved. Would highly recommend the team at Hinckley. Special mention for Chris and Mark in the showroom and Blane, Neil and Olly who did the fitting engineered wood and carpet throughout home.

The Staff at Carpetworld are very knowledgeable and provided us with a range of options to fit our requirements. Dealt with Chris mostly We ended up with the Oak Engineered Block Parquet flooring in our Lounge & Dining room. It looks stunning we are so pleased with the result and the standard of workmanship and attention to detail during the fit was second to none. Well done Blaine. The balancing of the work load for the fitters proves demanding at times where the danger is to over commit and then fail to fit on the date expected. Carpet World will be our go to provider of Floor coverings going forward
Excellent range of flooring to choose from with advice available. Floor fitter did a superb job in preparing and laying the flooring. Looks amazing! Has been admired by other workers. Thank-you. Update - second photo as the kitchen is finally complete - just the cooker hood to install. Flooring is still getting lots of positive comments!
Carpetworld Hinckley... The best customer service I have EVER received in my 27 years. Had issue on day of fit which was entirely my fault but they were so understanding and kept in constant communication with me throughout my mishap. Matt and Peter, true professionals giving real customer service. Peter and the installer Blaine - they went above and beyond with their help and I've never experienced truer professionalism in my life. As you can see from my photos, the floor looks amazing and my home feels like it has been truly transformed. I would recommend them 1000 times over. Professional, knowledgeable, approachable, thorough, skilled, experienced, organised, punctual and friendly - what more could you ask for?!

Excellent service done a cracking job doing are front room and passage floor in grey laminate. Such a great guy very friendly and a pleasure to have him in are house. We have now booked in to have stairs and landing and 3 bedroom carpets fitted in April
