Lovely to be back after the second lock down. As always, staff friendly efficient and great to see all the C19 safety precautions put in place and gently reinforced

Kids menu, 3 courses for 6.25 very reasonable. Was strange their food came without cutlery, then without knives, then without napkins, so after 3 times of asking, they were ready! A minor thing, otherwise really good, excellent Tirimisu.
Love Carluccio's, love Italian food, their tomato on buscetta is lovely and the pasta dishes and great coffee too.
Had a fantastic meal at Carluccio’s this evening. Great, simple pasta and excellent customer service. The whole experience was easy and relaxed from start to finish. I recommend the Gorgonzola Gnocchi with the extra Parma Ham! Will be back soon.
Awful service and nothing to do with covid ...... over an hour wait for brunch then when arrived it was cold amd with items missing.....then had to go and find a waiter to pay bill!!! Not in any rush to go back. Such a shame because they do have potential to be really good and offer a gluten free menu
