Walked over here from our hotel and thoroughly enjoyed our meal! Our server was fantastic and the food was delicious. A pleasant ending to our unexpected night in London due to a canceled flight.Recommended dishesMargherita Pizza, Focaccia

This place is close to home, but for some reason, I never knew that it existed. Firstly, the food was really good. My server joked with us "just really good?" and I had to admit that it was actually excellent!  The service was attentive, pleasant and helpful. Always offered drink refills etc.  The place is clean, tidy and has friendly servers with decent food and fast service.  I will be going back. :-

Nice ambiance and friendly staff but the food does not match up. I ordered the garlic bread and it was incredibly stale I had to leave it. It was obviously not fresh, so disgusting. The pasta is meh and tasteless. They seriously need to improve their quality of food, it’s bad food especially being in a nice hotel. The only good thing here is the atmosphere.

Family of 5 had an amazing meal. The service was warm and impeccable. Letizia was the manager and invited my children to make pizza. A memory that was so special. Food was delicious!Recommended dishesSalads, Homemade Lasagne 822 Kcal

Had a layover in heathrow and walked over to this restaurant for a nice Italian dinner. The service was great and the food was absolutely fantastic. I had the pasta with short rib ragu and kalamata olives and it was sooooo yummy. I can’t believe I’ve never had that combination before. Would highly recommend this spot if you are staying at the Marriott or nearby!

Absolutely fantastic staff and really nice food - to the best of Carluccio's high standards. I've been to a lot of hotel restaurants and this is by far the best one. We were travelling with a restless toddler and still managed to have a high quality sit-down meal.  Special thanks and shoutout to Faiza, Chef Razel and Chef Raj, who were just amazing with us. Super kind and made us feel very welcomed. So we will definitely be back.  Kid-friendliness: The staff were simply amazing towards all kids. Made them feel super welcomed and allowed parents to relax. Even inviting the really curious kids into the kitchen for the full experience.

Clearly reliant on a captive market. Half the stuff on the pastries wasn't available and.. Croissant, £3 - cold and stale at 730am. We asked to heat it up but they said it would be soggy. Breads and jam, £5, two slices of brown bread and one jam choice both options asked separately after I'd orderded Coffee was absolutely awful..  Recommend buying from the To-Go place and just eating in the lobby.

We had good service until they switched our server and the service went downhill from there. Food was very salty with no taste! To spend £170 I expected more. Not happy:

The food was well presented. There were some foods better than others. Service makes up for the food, somewhat.Food: 3/5

Had a dinner here  and received a great service  by Romanian waiter and the food was excellent.  We had sea bass and salads - all was great. You can also order the kids menu for 6.75 pounds and it’s quite good.
