Carluccio's
"Carluccio’s began life in 1991 when Antonio and Priscilla opened their food shop in Neal Street, bringing the finest quality regional Italian food to London. They carefully wrote each label by hand and explored the length and breadth of Italy to find the best ingredients. In 1999 they opened the first Carluccio’s Caffè in Market Place – an authentic Italian restaurant in the truest sense of the word, and a continuation of their successful food shop."

Really enjoyed brunch here on a Sunday. Iced coffee was lovely, and the food was great. Sadly no Almond Croissants, but we will definitely come back!Food: 5/5
Lovely meal out for my birthday. First time we've eaten there. Service was excellent, staff friendly and food extremely tasty!
Waiter very polite and helpful, service quite slow. Atmosphere and decor really pleasant. I likes the lighting. Food was excellent. I have allergies and extreme care was taken with my meal. The burger and the chicken that my friends had was excellent too. Portions really generousFood: 5/5
This was a last minute treat for my wife & I, as at the last minute we found ourselves child free…. Honestly with it being a Saturday night we didn’t expect to get a table but everyone was so polite, friendly & accommodating & everything, the food, the atmosphere & the whole dining experience at Carluccio’s Chichester were amazing. Thank you very much to everyone, at Carluccio’s in Chichester for making our very last minute treat one we will remember & one we will be repeating, as my wife has already decided what she wants next time…. So we will be back & we will return & enjoy another time at Carluccio’s. Thank You…
If you are looking for a real Italian place, this is it. I've been in Italy multiple times and I can say THIS is a proper Italian place. Food tastes like in Italy, good music is playing in the background and the service is great. Definitely will come back thereFood: 5/5
Possibly the worst meal we have ever had out. How can you get pasta so wrong. My 2 children had lasagne which from the amont of liquid in the bottom of the bowl was microwaved. My wife and I had the penne Giuardina . I used to love this but I couldn't finish it. Not flavoursome and the pasta was the very hard side of al dente. The waitress served over the back of the booth chairs! Not just to us, which is a big no. Garlic foccacia was way to salty and handed over the back of the chairs, as I put my plate on the table she said the plate where very hot and to be careful. NOPE. No surprise this chain is struggling.
It was a little while since I'd been to Carluccio's; having first visited a branch in London more than 20 years ago, I perhaps felt it had been surpassed by more recent openings. However this visit has definitely made me consider it anew. As a vegetarian I felt that there were multiple appealing choices and the pasta that I chose was delicious. My son had a very good minute steak and I felt that everything was well priced compared to some other restaurants locally. House red wine was extremely drinkable and staff could not have been more accommodating. Vegetarian options: Multiple appealing choices. Kid-friendliness: Child's menu was available although my 11 year old ate from the main menu.
Carluccio’s is one of the best Italian restaurant I’ve visited near by. The food was absolutely amazing, so fresh and wonderful and everyone there is nice and helpful. The Spritz are a must try.
We have eaten many times at Carluccios, and we have been pleased with the standard , particularly happy with the service.Food: 4/5
Nikki, the assistant manager was most friendly and made us feel very welcome - the food was excellent, with a gluten free menu if needed. Addi the manager also gave us an excellent recommendation. Many thanks
