This is a lovely park. It's very popular for children of all ages. There's an enclosed bit for the smaller children. Then there is a large slide built into a grassy hill. There is a roundabout and swings and climbing frames. There is outdoor gym equipment, a basketball court, a concrete table tennis table, a place to play football and a skateboard park. There are about 3 picnic benches near the wooded area. There's a path around the perimeter and this place is very popular with dog walkers.
One of the best parks in Lowestoft. Plenty of room for the grandchildren to run around. If you pick your spot it is very easy to keep an eye on them without keep getting up and down. We spend several hours there each time we visit. The only down point is the car park is very small.
The park seems well maintained. Equipment has always been safe. A bit of dog poo around but that isn't the parks fault, it's the dog owners! My 3 year old likes it here.
Lovely park however slides were missing! There is a pond the other side of the park so a dog walk plus getting the children out for a walk is perfect!
Grandchildren like the park nice lot of things to play on .but they still think Ellingham play park is the best lol
