I am writing on behalf of my wife who was in last week for a root canal, her second in the last three months. She would like to thank Steve Cuthew and his assistant Martha for looking after her so well in both instances. Again, the numbness from the injection went very quickly, there was no after pain whatsoever, and was able to eat an evening meal with no bother at all. No pain occurred either in the ensuing days. Thank you once again for the care and attention received and for delivering a pain free experience. We take the opportunity to thank all the staff at Carlton House Dental Practice. When I first saw Steve I was receiving chemotherapy and had been quite seriously ill with no immunity. I required urgent dental treatment which is not usually recommended during chemo. Steve was extremely accommodating and arranged to see me straightaway. I was completely re-assured by him and was totally confident about the hygiene standards which was extremely important for me at that time. I have total faith in his skills and greatly appreciate his calm, relaxed approach. I am always impressed by the innovative and preventative care techniques used by the practice. The whole team are friendly, approachable, professional and nothing is too much trouble. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending the practice wholeheartedly.

5.0 /5 I have attended Carlton House Dental Centre in the Hinckley area for many years now and would not consider trusting any other practice with my dentistry needs. From the brilliant expertise and endless patience of Steve, my dentist, right through to the welcoming, friendly staff, the relaxing atmosphere of the practice and the genuine interest in me as an individual unique person, the care is superb. The ongoing training that everyone in the centre must receive is evident in the up to date techniques and materials used. Appointments are always on time, to your convenience and you are given as much time as each procedure requires so you never feel rushed. Any hint of discomfort is taken care of making a visit to Steve and the Carlton House staff, a pleasurable experience and not one to be feared at all. Steve has saved my teeth where others may have not whilst Bobby and Helen (hygienists) take care of my gums. A practice that deals with routine dental care, emergencies when they arise and preventative techniques, Carlton House in Hinckley area is to be highly recommended to everyone.

After a few bad experiences with previous dentists, I'm so glad to of discovered this wonderful dental practice! They're patient, friendly, warm and gentle! I can safely say that if I ever moved away, I'd still travel to come to this dentist. I can even say that I experienced a pleasant root canal! Perfect.

5.0 /5 All of the dental nurses are lovely and friendly. The practice is very professional with a great atmosphere and Steve has been brilliant with my daughter who had a slight phobia of the dentist. Would recommend to anyone.
