Paid extra for guaranteed next day delivery on 19 January 2023. When the oil hadn't turned up in mid-afternoon I phoned up to ask what time it was coming at. Helpful and pleasant girl on the phone but the driver told her he wasn't going to deliver to me today, but hadn't bothered to let anyone actually know this. The manager then decided to do nothing at all even though I made the company aware I had no fuel left and was sitting in freezing cold. Unable to deliver the service I was charged extra for, didn't keep me updated and wouldn't budge a single inch to help me when I needed them. Avoid this company at all costs if you need oil quickly.

Always a friendly and prompt service. Any time I've run out of oil they've either delivered same or next day.

Cheapest price I could find online, quick delivery. Will definitely use again

What can I say. Marcus is a fab guy and an asset to your team! The price was cheaper than local businesses in my area and the office staff were much more obliging and friendly. Could not ask for a better service.

Bad customer service, speaks over customer. Felt like they just didn't want to so their job and help.  3 phone calls to sort the situation out.

Carlisle shop has got very expensive from its refurbishment,  but always clean and well stocked out.

No problem with the delivery but office lady is not very pleasant. Will take my business elsewhere next time due to this
