Started going to Carla's classes to build up strength in my upper body and to lose weight. Carla offers a lifestyle change, friendly and fun sessions, non-judgemental atmosphere and also helps you with every step towards the lifestyle change. If you have a wee wobble, she is there to support you and get you back on track. Very motivational, kind and most of all very professional who knows her stuff!

Carla has helped me to begin getting my confidence and body back after having 2 kids. I was in a low head space and although I was apprehensive to begin with its the best thing I could have done. Her classes are small, relaxed and always different. She challenges you and keeps you going. Couldn't rate her more 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Have been going to Carla's classes for a few months now and I've learned so much about exercise and diet and have really enjoyed the classes. Always there to help with any queries you may have and is always pushing you just that little bit further than you think your capable of.
