Fantastic customer service and helpful Staff. I’ve bought all my husbands watches from Carl Christopher as I like to shop local and have had exceptional customer service from them every time. They have helped me when I needed to send back a Thomas Sabo charm to be replaced. Cannot fault them 5 star service Thank you

Highly recommended. I bought a present for my partners Birthday she was over the moon with the gift. Staff were extremely helpful and polite. I will be definitely be shopping here again due to the excellent service provided.

Popped into Carl Christopher for a special gift for a friend. Lovely warm welcome. Staff couldn't of been more helpful. Left with exactly what I wanted. Very professional and personal service. Recommend to anyone.

What a fantastic shop !!! I have now bought several gifts from here, the staff are amazing so friendly and helpful. The choice of gifts are excellent I would highly recommend a shopping experience here !!!!
