Do not put your loved ones or anyone in the care of this company. Their staff are grossly incompetent. For example an example in a long, long list of unacceptable occurrences they do not clean excrement off of toilet seats and allow elderly people to sit on it time and again. In fact, their idea of hygiene is not just questionable, it is terrible. They are incapable of cleanliness. They don't know how to cover food once opened nor do they use it up efficiently. They don't apply common sense to anything. Everything is a slapdash, disgraceful effort. The staff leave cheeky, insulant notes for the elderly people's family. They are disrespectful in everything they do. The management do not care. They palm you off with excuse after excuse after excuse. They lie. They do not show any empathy. They employ anyone who will take the job, irrespective of experience, attitude etc. The staff don't clean up properly, dishes are not cleaned properly. They don't chat with the elderly clients, they do the bare minimum and are a terrible service. STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY.
Missed an interview as it completely slipped my mind due to focusing on family with covid. Emails I received after explaining my mistake showed how little this company thinks of its staff and families. One to avoid
