I worked for caremark. They have no compassion for clients it's in an out as quick as they can. Absolutely no manual handling training. Underpay wages poor communication horrible company to work for they only care about money not service users
At caremark, the clients are a pleasure to care for and can have a laugh with. The staff within the office and the csw's are happy, friendly hard working staff that I've enjoyed working with. Couldn't of asked for a better company that's supports and helps you.
Poor communication, numerous missed calls, dont follow care plan. Concerns never really dealt with. Some great staff and some very poor.
My daughter worked for this company called her most wkends to work on her days off put pressure on her she worked hard and put herself out for this company worked hard at her job they just used her so if you want a career don't work for this company treat staff like rubbish if you stand up for yourself tell you not needed anymore
Supportive and caring employers. Doors always open and encouragement always offered
Not happy, rude staff, missed phone calls. 1/10
Rubbish company needs new management as they are rubbish
