Absolutley played me, i was working there at DPD for 3 months on low rate (£7.50) getting three shifts a week then once i hit high rate (£11.10) i barely got 1 shift in 3 weeks. Then i took my holidays (which they dont let you know about at all) i was told over the phone i had 3 day holiday then once i went to sign the holiday forms i was told i only had acrewed 2 days and i was at loss of over £60. Also if u do choose to work there just know if u accept a shift and get there they can send you home as much as they want. Also they make up rules as they go along.
