I have two experiences that have not been good service. 1st, had put a raincoat in to be dry cleaned, went to pick it up and although wrapped and charged for , the raincoat had not been cleaned and was sent back, had to wait another week. 2nd, put a quilt in to be washed, and now just about 4 weeks, this quilt has gone missing. They have looked everywhere ! I have been very patient, being promised the supervisor would phone, that the owner would phone, no communication, unless I phone! Very frustrated, have now been promised another quilt, which I should have had yesterday. And yes you've guessed it no phone call and no quilt.
