Enjoyed my visit, Covid Guidance in place & visible - clean and tidy entrance - Staff were okay but not visible I had to find them - good range of entertainment and games for all ages and good spacious layout - Prize Zone was low on prizes - good range of drinks available - few idiotic youths in there but can't blame staff for that
We arrived for a booking and had to wait almost 30 minutes until our lane was ready. Staff hardly spoke to us and when they did they effectively brushed us off. When our lane was finally 'ready' we arrived at a littered table with spilled drinks, empty cans and glasses, and some left over food wrappers. On top of this, when enquiring about food and drinks for myself, the staff were not knowledgeable nor was there a menu board with options and had to request a menu they kept under the counter for staff to use to see the over charged drinks and food on offer. I will not be visiting again not will any members of our party.
Disappointed about the service. We booked a laser tag game and arrived 20 minutes before our time. Had to wait more than 45 minutes and then they put us with kids! No sense to understand how come kids play with adults. Nothing's mentioned as you will get added other players so be mindful of that. Real poor coordination and poor customer service. Not recommended!
The best place to have a good time with friends. If you're in cardiff and you love bowling give it a go. You would never regret it. Affordable price with a friendly service.
Awful experience, arcade and bowling area had musty bad smell. When bowling all the balls are in very bad condition covered in pits and cracks which make it difficult to bowl, and almost every time the pins were racked 1-2 would fall over, spoiling the game. Furthermore, me and my friend were on the student deal which comes with a free drink, which they refused to serve us despite our having two valid forms of ID, and didn’t offer even a partial refund. The queue was slow and took us twenty minutes to even begin the game in the first place. Would not come back again, much better places in Cardiff to go bowl.
Absolutely shocking facilities! Place needed a deep clean, floors sticky, tables grubby, worn and broken furniture and dirty toilets. Trodden in food on the floors in the party room and the paper cups provided were dusty inside. Children's food boxes were diabolical aswell, a few dry chips and very small chicken nuggets smothered in oil, my daughter bit into one and the inside was black. Could do with a over haul and new management!!!
I’d suggest bringing a mask and some ear buds because the whole place smells like a sewage and is full of teenagers shouting and screaming along with overflowing balls because people want at least 12 balls per side and don’t have the decency to move the one’s they aren’t using when people are bowling next to them or even bother to move empty glasses for that matter. All in all a complete shambles.
Took care of everything, even on a busy Saturday night. Hats off to the staff working on the 29th of January 2023 especially the laser tag guy who said we were the first ppl to recognise the halo music pog!
Awful place. Smelt like a sewar. Balls so old they couldnt roll properly, heavy advertising of alcohol so not great around kids, floor sticky and tables filthy. Woman behind counter serving was so rude to colleague and he was very pleasant. Only positive thing there! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Whole place stunk of sewage or rubbish especially by where the balls come out. The balls themselves are very badly scratched and damaged. Didn’t try and food so can’t comment - but for good reason. Their food hygiene rating is 1 - I’d avoid it here for sure! I felt dirty when I came out
