Always a good experience at the Cardfactory in Whitley Bay precinct. The staff are always pleasant and helpful. A good selection of cards and celebrations products for various affordable prices. I always go there first.

A nice young gentlemen named Ben served me and and my friends we were looking for a birthday card and he found one immediately that was perfect
I called into my local Card Factory last Saturday. It was fairly busy with customers of all ages but mainly elderly. I noticed that all customers were wearing masks All as per legal recommendation during covid. I noticed 4 members of staff, one on the shop floor and 3 at the till- not one of them was wearing a mask. Whilst paying for my cards I asked why none of them were masked up. The young guy serving me was polite and stated that he was exempt: this i accept. The manager was at the till next to him. He was completely ignorant, avoided eye contact, did not answer me initially. He then said ' ive just come out of the back of shop'. I told him he and his other 2 colleagues should wear masks and that they needed to protect the mostly elderly, more vulnerable customers. He didnt care at all, he just carried on what he was doing and ignored me. Shame on you Card factory

Fantastic selection of cards and gifts for all pockets Staff always helpful and polite
Small shop that sells a good selection but the tills are so small and badly designed, doesn't make it easy for the staff or the customer.
They sell lovely cards and Gifts
Needed a few cards and got exactly what I wanted.
