Four stars for the extremely helpful member of staff who got me a cellophane bag, however, minus four stars for the member of staff working the till. She was so preoccupied with the length of the queue. She practically threw my items in a stupidly oversized bag, taking no care whatsoever with them. Luckily, nothing was bent or broken. Each customer is an individual and should be treated as such, regardless of how many people are waiting. I was wanting helium balloons and badges, but decided against it! She didn't up sell anything, except the bag! I'll think twice about shopping in this particular card factory in future.
The two ladies in the shop today were just outstandingly helpful; they were so helpful helping me choose balloons and all surrounded by service you just don't see every day. An absolute credit to Card Factory, they made my day - thank you!

Typical crowded Card Factory store. Good wide selection. Very cheap. Cards from 29p. Good range cards, wrap, gifts etc.. Wheelchair accessible but like most Card Factories stock is crammed in so a lot of apologising to people for asking them to move out your way.
they sell cards and some presents. you have to write your own cards and they dont give you money to put in the card.
Got everything you need although the prices slightly but still a great card & Birthday shop.
It's a best place to find any cards that you're looking for like birthday, Christmas, get well, good luck and sorry cards. They also have some funny cards if you want.
