Washed and waxed my 4x4 great, pity they missed the roof alltogether plain lazy. Make sure you inspect the car before leaving.

Worst place ever I've been. Unfortunately I can't mark 0 / 5 stars. They asks you for your keys to your car and then playing with toys like radio, turn volume to maximum etc. About washing - missing many places and when you show it to them they wiping it out with dry rag which makes scratches on car body. Loss of time and money. Never use again.

Cheating shop. Same owner with the MOT centre near MacDonald. I payed 300GBP to repair my car engine at reception. When I test it, the engine didn't work. They refunded only 200. They told me it has too much problem then I have to scrap the car. They took over my car for scrapping free. A few days later, my car was displayed for sale for 3000 GBP.

I have never eaten there but, on the recommendation of a particularly fussy friend, have been getting my car cleaned there. I only get the mini valet at £13 (which is £3 more than my nearest hand car wash) but that includes a free coffee, which makes the price fair in my eyes. All British staff and very thorough. Use only Auto Glym products and other well established brands - nothing that will ruin your paintwork or alloys. They are certainly no worse than any other car wash I've been to. None that I've visited have ever done a truly phenomenal job but at between £10 and £13 a go, I certainly don't expect the world. If I had the money to punt on a full valet, they may get 5 stars from me - but I can only go on what I get.
