From a basic wash, to a full vehicle makeover Autogleam are happy to help.

Younger employee not trained on correct company protocol. Owner was extremely arragant, obnoxious and unfit to be dealing with or in the proximity of any member of the general public. A refresher course on the aspects of how to be civil wouldn't be out of the question, if there was ever any civility there in the first place. Parts of vehicle not washed properly either, as road grime still on lower parts of doors that the proprietor washed himself. Seems like a severe lack of customer service or even interest in trying throughout the entire process. With the amount of other facility's at hand it wouldn't be hard for anyone to move elsewhere with their custom, and given their recent reviews, it's looking like I'm not the only person dissatisfied with the service. Quite a shame I actually have to apply even the one star to this review.

Total RIP OFF !!! Charged £17.00!!!!! 😳 foreign nationals charge £12.00.... for sooooo much more... 
These people washed the outside of the car !!! Oh and the windscreen the didn’t even clean the dash.... Omg there were even water marks on the windows. £17.00 ? same thing cost £6.00 with FOREIGN NATIONALS....
They clean the dash, middle console, clean ALL your internal windows I have a sunroof and a panoramic roof they clean those TOO.....  They clean the mats hoover. The car is immaculate 
i have an SUV which has 2 pop up seats to turn it into 7 seater. All for £12.00. So disappointing that it just isn’t cost effective to support local businesses.....

place is a joke very expensive for what you get i worked there 11years cars washed in dirty water thats a fact  / dryed with dirty chamois extra £5 to dry car LMAO foreigners charge £5 for wash an dry windows outside and tyres same thing would cost u £14.50 in autogleam valets are cleaned with ripped up t shirts not cloths all there stuff is watered down fact also the price he charges is unreal and the cars that gave been damaged but sure it didn't happen in autogleam lol the boss will always cover his own back 100% working conditions are completely illegal not 1 bit of health an safety the boss acts like he is a millionaire showing of his cars they are all hp he owns a dirty car wash place needs closed down simple as and it will soon enough watch that space :)ps the way the boss talks about women and young girls is disgusting coming from a 50 year old man
