Cannot fault 1 bit. Within 5 minutes of entering my details I was contacted by a guy called Connor. Friendly, laid back but professional call made me feel confident that he was there to help me. 2 days later I collected my car.. best car I have ever owned. Cant thank Connor enough for the work he put in and the amount of questions he answered with no delay. Would reccomend to anyone.

I was a bit dubious about getting finance as my credit score was hardly brilliant. BUT.......from the moment I got in touch with Car Genie, before i knew it, finance was sorted and after telling car genie what car i liked, i had a stream of WhatsApp messages with cars available! I had a couple of requests which were taken into account and before I knew it, I HAD MY DREAM CAR!!! An absolute pleasure to have dealt with Car Genie. Can't thank you enough!

Amazing service, Highly recommend. What an amazing service from start to finish. Conor has been Absolutely amazing and has gone above and beyond. He spent lots of time going through what sort of car I wanted and was really understanding when I didn’t know. I then decided and he found me just what I wanted with all the specs I had asked for. He sorted out a brilliant trade in price for my old car and made everything really easy. Payments are really good and affordable. Once that was all sorted he passed me over to Grant at Reynolds in Basildon and he was fantastic to really reassuring and professional. All in all an awesome experience. Thank you.
Don’t usually do reviews but I feel these deserve one! Oli couldn’t have been any better, really easy to chat to and extremely helpful. He helped from start to finish and even gave me a call after I’d collected my car which was spot on, maybe even better than expected to see how I was getting on. Could not recommend them more.
