I had an electrical fault with my renault megane and was at a loose end, I found this company on the internet and phoned. The customer service and manner on the telephone was outstanding and very helpful. The man took my car and did a diagnostics test WHICH I DO HAVE T POINT OUT TO OTHER REVIEWERS DOES NOT TELL YOU WHAT OR WHERE THE FAULT IS IT JUST POINTS YOU IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION FOR THOSE WHO DO KNOW HOW DIAGNOSTICS WORK!!! I would recommend and of my family with vehicle faults to this company as the two men that were there were fantastic very prompt, no messing about kind of people and they are a credit to the industry they are in so I rate this company 100%.

booked in to fix fault spent £75 on just diagnostics that didn't even diagnose the problem! just high lighted what was already wrong. wanted an open cheque book and time to fix. ended up fixing my self in 20 mins which was a faulty plug attitude was take it or leave it didn't need the work. 19/06/17 as a response to the rather personal and hateful reply posted by Car Electrics - 1) It is very unprofessional and unnecessary, as a company, to detail all of my personal information on this review. There was no need to detail my address. I want you to remove my personal details from this review as it breaches my customer confidentiality you gain nothing by detailing my address. If it is not removed within 7 days I will be seeking legal action against you and your company. 2) No lies were told I stated the fact that your service (in this instance) was not up to the expectations that i was lead to believe and given.

had a vw transporter which had a electrical fault on the left had side of the vehicle taking out the left hand side lights/indicators.Not a easy job to resolve and impossible to quote as i had been informed by my local VW Dealership .How ever this guy sorted the problem out. kept me informed on the progress/he may not have a crystal ball to predict the cost but was very fair and honest. Yes i would recommend the service of Car Electrics ltd..
