Had a party for my sons 6th birthday, had a few parties here and they've been great, but this time was a complete shambles. Visited onWeekendWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNo
Took my grandson and he had a great time. He is 9 and it was an inset day at his school. He saw some of his friends so that was even better.Visited onWeekdayWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNo
Went to Halloween children's party with grand daughter and great grandson photo IT was great place lots of attractions and play area's well supervised with attentive staff and good security on doors to protect and monitor visitors. Tea coffee and soft drinks available.
Me and my son had a great time today. The activities kept us plenty occupied for hours on end. We enjoyed the food they served and staff were really friendly.
My daughters 5th birthday party September 4th 2023, booked about 6 weeks in advance to ensure availability. Process was easy, paid the small deposit to hold the date then a couple of days before the date I popped it to confirm numbers and pay the balance. All staff brilliant on the day and kept up with the kids. All parents mentioned how good the party was ran and how easy it was, I believe another parent also booked for their child’s birthday whilst we was there because they enjoyed it so much. My daughter was made to feel special during the staff organised kids dance routine around the soft play area on the way round to the party food. Food brilliant, hot and cold buffet with healthy snacks along with the usual kids pizzas, chips & hotdogs etc. Overall I’d recommend the venue for all your kids needs whether it be a visit for an afternoon after school, a weekend day session to keep the kids occupied or to celebrate a special birthday for your child. Thanks to all staff, looking forward to our next visit.

Went here with my 2 year old over the summer when visiting relatives summer 2021. Clean, well laid out space with lots for toddlers to do, even my 2 year old could use most of the space easily. Staff were friendly and the food was really good -WAY better than most soft play places, it felt like a proper cafe where they cared about the food coming out hot, with the right utensils and sides, and so on. Couldn't fault it and would go there more regularly if we lived close by - will visit again when we're near. Great place.
I visited for the first time today with a 9 month old and 3 year old, along with my friend and her 1 year old. The staff were friendly and helpful, the food was a good portion for the money and the toilets were clean. The only reason I've not given 5 stars, is there was confusion over the entry charges, their website states children under 1 are free with an paying accompanying sibling, but we were charged £1 as he "was still using the facilities", I know it's only £1, but money is extremely tight as I'm on unpaid maternity leave now, so hadn't budgeted for that. My 9 month old could only go in the padded floor mat area as the 'recommended' under 4 area had children in it older than that who were throwing the soft play shapes around so it wouldn't be safe as he's still a little wobbly when sitting up. I know they were short staffed today, so whether they have Staff members keeping an eye on things, I don't know, but something to bear in mind if not I know the parents should also be watching!. The sensory room I thought he would like also appeared to be closed. Also, the prices charged for food at the till are inconsistent with the menu, I was charged correctly, but both things my friend ordered were more expensive than she expected to pay. Those little details didn't spoil our visit, but sorting those would make our next visit even better!
This place is great! Brought my youngest for the first time today and it was lovely! Staff were friendly, the place looks clean and well maintained. Loads of toys in the toddler bit which is always nice and the best part for us was the sensory room. I almost didn't notice it was there but it's a darkened, cooled room with lights and sounds and a bubble tower my kid loved it. The menu looked good and prices were very fair but I didn't actually order food we weren't hungry. If I lived local I'd take both my kids my 4yr old would love the climbing softplay rig in the corner.
Staff were very rude to other customers, chucked them out as a toddler in their group had a drink of his own drink which they did not purchase at the cafe. There were lots of other people with their own snacks and drinks from home. Staff were very nasty to this group of people! The toilets were also very dirty and smelly.
