The best Crab sandwich I've ever eaten! Amazing food, the wild Garlic and parmesan fries were also amazing!nLovely setting, tucked away on the water!nWill definitely be returning!
Beautiful setting and delicious food. Expect longer waiting time during lunch time , but the lovely lady keeps you informed. Good selection of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks, including Fowey cider and Cornish sauv blanc.
Very good food at reasonable price! The wait is a bit long but the food was worth it. Lemon sole was very fresh and the sauce was tasty. Good portion.
You must go if you love seafood. Even if you have to queue and then wait 20mins for your meal all freshly cooked to order, it's sensational! Fowey scallops, plump and perfectly cooked with heritage tomatoes, pumpkin seeds and romesco sauce. Fries with wild garlic and parmesan. Cod cheeks on pitta with new potatoes, baby spinach, salsa verde and aioli. The best crab sandwiches on doorsteps of soft white bread. Even the wine is local and wonderful. Just divine. Just go.
Fresh food and thought through flavours. Even during busy times there is no sacrifice on care or quality to the food or service. Will happily be going here again on my next visit to Fowey.
