Down in Broadstairs visiting family. We haven't been in the Digby for quite a while so party a test and partly to see it was as good as we remember. We weren't disappointed. Great pub grub, great price and a great view. Would we go back, indeed. Good value all round.Food: 5/5
Staff were incredibly helpful and did everything they could to accommodate our needs. Separate menu for allergies and they sent the manager over to discuss. Food was nice, not excellent but not bad for pub grub. Kids loved the play area, both indoor and out.
What a great place to visit beautiful location plenty of parking, seating. We took a table outside with the clifftop views stunning! And decided to have a lunch! And what a great menu they have for all tastes. We went for the burgers and cajun butterfly chicken bread and Wow what huge serving we got hot fresh and tasty all washed down with lovely cold drinks. I would definitely recommend this place to others and have already planned our next visit. 10/10...
RATING ONLY FOR FOOD!! I wish service would have been better and the staff. Food was really delicious. I must say that the chef is saving this restaurant. We ordered both veg and non veg food and all were flavourful. I can say that this was best food I ever had in such country side pubs. I wish manager would have behave better and considered our request which he kept rejected. We requested to sit inside because it was too windy and we were with young kids. Most of the tables in the restaurant were empty but manager didnt let us to sit inside. FORTNIGHTLY one girl from staff helped us and don't know what manager would have said to her later. She was very kind to us.
Beautiful views over to the white cliffs and sea. Can also see the windmill farm at the distance into the sea. Food was very well presented and delicious. Parking: Plenty of on site free parking Wheelchair accessibility: There is a wheelchair accessible entrance towards the side of the main entrance.
I took my elderly aunt and uncle there. The food was fabulous. I had my favourite bacon and brie baguette with chip. The prices were good too. If you sit outside, you can look over the sea. It was beautiful. Ramp for wheelchairs too.Food: 5/5
We visited with an adult child in a power wheelchair. We found the pub terrace and accessible toilet to be full accessible to us. We did not attempt to access the inside of the pub. We really enjoyed our visit. Staff were friendly and the food arrived within 15 minutes. Portion sizes were generous, and the views over the beach and cliffs were beautiful. There is also a great accessible walk along the cliffs from the pub. Vegetarian options: Several vegetarian options available Kid-friendliness: Lively atmosphere Parking: Car park for the pub. Free if you eat there, pay if you don't. Wheelchair accessibility: The terrace and accessible toilet have level access. The rest of the pub has a lot of steps!
Absolutely amazing food and service. Portion sizes were out of this world and deserts were to die for. Todd and the ladies were brilliant and nothing was too much trouble even with a large party. Very friendly and a great atmosphere. We were made to feel very welcome. Is definitely on the to return to list.Food: 5/5
This place advertises themselves as the finest family pub and restaurant, honestly not impressed, they not dog friendly, the place has so many tables and no kitchen to cover them, they’re not ready for anything more than ordering drinks which took forever, the manager spoke very loudly to me whilst standing in front of him, people could hear him at the 100 meters away, honestly I found the place has a rather unpleasant attitude, it would have been great if the place adapted a more customer centric approach, and maybe have bbq truck or food truck for the outside table if their kitchen is too small to provide. Honestly an absolute buzz killer. Not recommended
The pub is situated in a very nice place, that’s the only pub around that area! The food was average, it took more than 45 mins to serve. I’m giving 3 stars just for the nice location
