Great physio, highly recommended. Fantastic results in such a short space of time; wish I'd booked in to see Riz sooner! Great location and facilities - use of the gym really aided my recovery.

I've been seeing Ryz to aid my recovery from a back operation for the last few months. I highly recommend using him and Capital Physio as I have seen a significant improvement with my condition in a very short space of time. The added bonus of having sessions in the gym has been great and changed the outlook on my weekly trips to the gym! Each session is varied and tailored to my particular condition which has been invaluable.

Went to Capital physio in Cheadle and Riz was great! really friendly , helpful and really knows his stuff. Made me feel comfortable straight away and like there was  plan and that i was going to get better. 

I have a long standing back problems and have seen and had physio work for me and know its all about finding the right one and this is the right one! 

I would go a see recommend them to anyone and would go back if i had any problems.

After a few months of not hitting the weights, kettlebells, due to pain on my left shoulder/arm, Riz sorted the problem straight away. Thinking it would just go away on its own, being diagnosed with tendinitius i was in need of Physio! After a few sessions and a chat about my training sessions Riz educated me in what i should do next. He worked wonders, fantastic Physio and a great insight on how to position yourself correctly, pain gone, back to training!! Thanks Riz worth a visit👌
