Booked for 2 people to do go karting for 30mins. Was great fun! The track is very fast and you can go up to 55mph. Would recommend it for friends or a fun date night. The rules were explained very well and given enough time to explain and listen not rushed at all.
Super fun! Good quality karts and track! I only think that they i.e., the Marshals should take dangerous driving more seriously and warn these kind of drivers! My friend got injured a bit bad because someone hit her car very hard from back while her kart was in stop trying to start again. Some people just drive so dangerously and carelessly and don't care about other people. Apart from that, great experience
Great track to drive one. The location is very accessible by tube or DLR. Good equipment, very good sanitisation of the helmets and racing suit that are given. There are also gloves and braclvas provided. Staff could have been more friendly. In addition, they were not as attentive while racing.
Super fun racing, but the place is so disorganized. They were running quite a bit behind schedule and we kept asking when our time slot would be, but they didn’t call out when it was our turn so missed a bit of the orientation would have completed missed our slot if it wasn’t for us asking them every 10 minutes!. Location is fantastic and the cars are great quality. You go fast enough for the track which is very slippery so driving precision is lacking. Will be back but I hope they improve their checkin process and times.
It was quite nice! The track is sufficiently long and wide you can overtake others pretty much everywhere. Karts looks good. In the end you get statistics for all your laps. Also I liked lockers with digital codes, very convenient. The only downside is mixed participants. There were 7 of us, we hoped to compete only between ourselves but got mixed with another party.
I booked a corporate session with my company for 25 racers.....I initially emailed Capital Karts and they immediately responded. Luke and Becky took everything in hand and accommodated every request with ease. Nothing was too big to handle and showed the upmost professionalism....and I was a nuisance :- The track is so long, and the karts are rapid.....so much fun! The track is a little slippery at some points but after a couple of laps you've got it! We had two teams racing the Grand Prix and I was sweating after, the adrenaline so intense I ached in the morning! A nice cold beer from the bar went down a treat. Thanks again for hosting us, you and your team are fantastic. We will pester you in a few months to do it all again....and maybe win this time :-
The track is good and the cars are good. Friendly staff. However the marshals and the race control are unprofessional, they never yellow flag the race when there are dangers on track. Does not care when people are making contact and driving dangerously. They should be stricter and do something when there are reckless driving.
I had a ride, and it was good. The staff was friendly, and everything was alright. There was a clean bathroom. It was £32.5 pp for a 15 min ride and the duration for beginners like us. Instructions were clear and straightforward. There was free lockers where you could store your belongings. The “bar” is sometimes understaffed and not with a sea of beverage options, but that didn’t appear to be the problem at all. The track might be slightly out of grip, but it didn’t ruin our experience. It isn’t the fastest or the longest, but it was good enough for us. Love the cleanness and the location.
Great indoor track which is very well laid out - ideal for drivers of all abilities. Will definitely be coming back soon. Only downer is we did not know there was no standing start… rolling start instead which was chaos first lap or so. Appreciate it's hard to get everyone in position on the grid but it does add to the experience.
Hidden at -4 of a shopping center the place is generally nice with friendly staff On canary wharf u wldnt expect it to be cheap and it wasn't at28.5 GBP per what they advertise as 15m but my strong impression was it was shorter Karts are electric they were not outstanding but not terrible You have to remember that electric karts have instant torque and with a slippery surface and lots of inexperienced PPL around you it can get messy real quick This is precisely the experience I had. There were like 12 other ppl and they were constantly spinning. I head 0 zero laps without being forced to slow down on yellow lights. Not exactly great experience even if it's hard to blame the staff out there
