How disappointing, I purchased a unit for my business which included servicing and a guarantee. Have called the company this morning which is still trading and have been told it has new owners and all previous contracts will not be honoured. amazing when they are clearly still trading. As an independent I would advise you to stay well clear of this company as this purchase was a waste of money for my company as I now have a unit which doesn't work !

worst company , dont give customers talk option, they all cock up, worst customer service, worst delivery service, worst managers, stealing money from customers , DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANY ONE STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!

Highly recommend avoiding this company, i purchased a ice cream cabinet for over £7500 and at the time they seemed really helpfull and professional, BIG MISTAKE! My icecream cabinet has broken down, took them 4 days to send someone out just to have a look and say its not covered under warranty.... absolutely ridiculous , they forced me to pay £144 call out fee other wise they wouldn't send another engineer to fix my machine! Once i made payment it took them another 6 days to send the same engineer who came with no parts to fix the machine again! He left my machine with loose panels and missing screws, his name is lewis smith if you ever have him attend your premises i would avoid letting him touch your equipment! He likes to stand around for 3-4hours to tell you he has to ring the office for advice! If you ever speke to stuart wallace avoid this person, he took over £500 off me to fit sliding door on my patisserie cabinet, its been 4 months I have no sliding doors or money refunded, everytime i call the company they say brian or stuart are busy, i have asked for a refund and they keep saying it will be done! The worst thing is the blunt attitude on the phone and the constant lies about call backs and promising the jobs will be done!! My icecream machine is still faulty and my icecream parlour has been loosing money for nearly 2 weeks!!

Thanks to Capital Cooling I could fix an old integral multideck open fronted chiller that was out of use for five months. Buying a new one was too expensive for my store, but thankfully the repair cost was not that high and the chiller is working great again. They even gave me warranty time for their labor, which is great.

Horrendous customer service, took 3 weeks to redeliver a single product that was sent to the wrong address. Called numerous times during those 3 weeks, each time handed to a different person who didn't have a clue what they were doing and each time begin promised "we will call you back" (They never did.) I spoke to a total of 7 people who each rehearsed the same lines of "We are sorry" "This never happened before" "We will call you back to keep you updated". Never once did i receive a call back, each time i had to call them to make sure that my order was actually begin fixed and each time i was handed to a different person who said the exact same thing each time.
