Hall stairs and landing...wanted this done for years and after my daughter having her flat carpeted, i wanted Capel to do mine. Brilliant prize and came round same day to measure. Got it fitted a week later and chris the fitter did an amazing job. Thank you, will definitely use Capel carpets again. :0
Was looking for a big carpet warehouse none local anymore so found Capel Carpets online. Must say well impressed, 3 floors of quality carpet and service to match the shop staff were really helpful. Estimate done same day. Carpet fitted in 2 weeks just done Dave and Spence probably 2 of the best fitters in the country done a great job, moved all the furniture in and out nothing was too much trouble. Mum is delighted with her new carpets and if you in the area looking for carpets I cannot recommend Capel Carpets enough 10/10 Barry Watford
Recently had my carpet done by Capel after recommendation from my parents . Amazing service throughout, went into the shop one weekend found a carpet rem we liked for a great price they measured up to check it would fit was fitted a week later by Chris who was also fantastic will definitely use capel again.
I'd of given them 10 Stars if I could have. They're just what you want turning up outside your house to fit Carpets. FAST, EFFICIENT AND CLEAN. I'm a Landlord Currently Living and Working in Canada and finding good tradesman is hard. Over the years you get used to sub standard workmanship and unprofessionalism. For example I had a locksmith joke about keeping a copies of the keys to the house mostly occupied by females!!! NO he didn't finish the job or that cup of tea, before being shown the CURB So when Capel Carpets turned up on time as arranged and did the whole house to such a high standard...I had to check my invoice. I'm not kidding They totally transformed the house and the tenants ARE VERY HAPPY!!! BREATH OF FRESH AIR, BEST OF BRITISH, TOP JOB WELL DONE : A+++++++++

We had Karndean fitted last week by their fitter, Derek. He had an awkward Victorian wonky house and he did a marvellous job. He really has pride in his work, I cannot recommend Derek and Capel enough. Capel have fitted my entire house now and I will come back when required.
Second purchase with company in 2 years. All staff friendly, warm and welcoming especially Colin and Mark. Colin helped with purchase of carpet and LVT for my new kitchen. Glad to support this business and would highly recommend shop and fitting services to all. Also they give back with a little discount to key workers... every little helps. I was delighted with the service I received in the shop. The man was very helpful and patient. He got lots of samples out and laid them together so I could compare the colours. When it came to the fitting day, I found there fitters very polite and helpful, they took the time to help me move my furniture, and left the job nice and clean. The fitting was perfect. I would not hesitate to recommend capel carpets.

The staff at Capel Carpets were wonderful. They were attentive and professional. My grandmother wanted her whole flat with stairs recarpeted once she had moved in. Capel carpets came round very quickly after we called for an appointment, they took all measurements, and quickly answered any of my grandmothers questions. The carpets were laid in a timely and professional manner and are very high quality. Can’t thank the team at Capel carpets enough. Both my grandmother and I would highly recommend and will definitely be using again.
