A real shame, always order from here as in general quality meat. Ordered steak in black pepper sauce....no flavour and I could not eat any of the steak at all as it was chewy fat! See photo. £9 for a lump of gristle! What was most disappointing is that we order regularly £30 each time and when I called to complain, the not very Chinese man said "just don't order it again". Customer service and loyalty 0. Therefore, plenty of alternatives so I won't be ordering ever again. I dread to think what else they care so little about in their kitchen!
AMAZING STUFF!! Amazing quality of a take out food for such a good price!! Great service with a very nice receptionist too! Best take out i've tried in England since all my years here : Would definitely recommend!! All my kudos to this place !
Our meals were very basic looking and bland. Shame.
My local regular takeaway. Never had a bad dish from there, range from mild to spicy, always great tasting. Prices great - on average, less than £6 per person.
Ordered through justeat just before 7pm and the estimated time for delivery was 7:55pm. Around 8pm they changed their update on justeat website saying enjoy foodassuming it’s been delivered. I waited for almost an hour and food hasn’t arrived yet. Called the restaurant twice and reception keeps on saying waiting for driver and then said another 10 minutes. The food arrived almost 9pm but it was still a bit warm. Food was good but the service and delivery time were not that great.
Ordered Roast duck Cantonese style on a bed of vegetable + rice on Sunday night - delivered within 25 minutes. Satisfied with my order - delicious and juicy duck. I've lost sense of taste&smell - can't comment much on the taste. "Bed of vegetable" apparently meant "bed of chinese cabbage" but I still liked it. Large meal size - enough for 2.
I 've ordered from here a few times and I've never really had a problem until tonight. My partner orders me a vegetarian dish and the meat alternative arrives but when called to question it he basically calls her a liar. Not the right attitude to correctly run a business in my opinion. Won't bother ordering from here again.
Fast service friendly great food.
Amazing food, always lovely, hot and tasty. Delivery slow on occasions but expected when popular and busy like these. Tried may chinese in burton but their Singapore curry and Fried Rice best I have tasted
Bit hit and miss but on its day it’s the best Chinese in Burton. Avoid on busy nights as it’s often cold and has missing bits
